5 STARS, but the rating button didn't work First rate service. Quick delivery and cheaper than local suppliers, even with delivery. Delivery charges less than fuel to reach my nearest suppliers. In addition, I got a phone call from Milner to check that the brake pads ordered matched the specific piston size of the twin cylinder callipers on my vehicle. Something that had caused much wasted time. To save delivery time, I'd tried two local suppliers. Neither managed to supply the correct pads and one gave me the wrong ones twice. So it was back to Milner Off Road.

I was looking for a steering rack for my '99 Toyota Land Cruiser and found one here. It got shipped on the 16th of December and I got it in my hands today, 21st of December. Bad weather here in Iceland stalled the shipment for a little bit but still it arrived before Christmas! Great help from the people who gave me good and clear answers. Sadly, I do have an 'off-roader' but it's a 1937 Austin Ten Cambridge that, although having spent £30k on its restoration, that money has only done the chassis and its now beautiful bodyshell. I now looks as if I might have to be buried in it (the most expensive 'coffin' to date?!!)!! I purchased dear old 'Harriet' in 1966 from her original owner in Mid Wales and she has had a fascinating history (see 'EP6915.com') but sadly my long-held dream of driving her once more on the open road, is fading fast. :) I have just made my first purchase from Milner Off Road, Limited - 5L of Morris' Ankor Wax - to use on my slightly more modern car, an 04 Ford Focus 1.4LX. Absolutely first-class service from Milner Off Road and the can of Ankor Wax was delivered most speedily - and beautifully packaged! Thank you. The Ankor Wax is competitively priced and Milner Off Road has given me an excellent and speedy service. Highly recommended! Thank you.

Ordered parts on Sunday night and the parts were delivered today Tuesday. The crazy thing is that I live in Southern Alberta Canada, so from pillar to post the delivery took 27 hours!!!!! Thats 4273 miles the parcel travelled in just over a day. With any kind of deliveries within Canada, these days, taking anything up to 10 working days and 21 working days from the USA, the team at Milner's deserve a medal for service. Will most definitely be using you again. Many thanks for getting me back on the road again, way way quicker than I thought I'd be. Will totally recommend you guys to everyone, over here in the Rockies. Cheers.

Excellent service and parts have always been to a high standard. My only problem just recently was the packaging on my last parcel was badly damaged with large holes in the box and a couple of small parts - grease nipple and split pin were missing. I don't believe this was Milners fault but the delivery agent so just one for Milner to be aware of.

I ordered new headlamps for my LHD LC100. I got one right and one wrong. This might happen some time, its only people... I sent them a mail about it, and the answear: We apologize!!! We will send you a new correct headlamp as soon as possible. Earlier I bought a diesel tank for my old 90 one year ago and the tank was the same as from my Toyota dealer. Im very sattisfied with Milner Offroad.
