UK Mainland Delivery
(Please note that despatch may close earlier than 2pm due to a high demand in parcel deliveries, please expect shipment delays.)
If the order is placed before 2pm we will aim to despatch your order on the same day. If the order is placed after 2pm goods may not be despatched until the following business day. Delivery is usually 1–3 business* days. Next day deliveries may also be available to your area, depending on the items and if orders are placed before 2pm
*business days are Mon-Fri and do not include weekends or bank holidays. Please note that the day after bank holidays are very busy so we cannot guarantee despatch on that day.
Any orders placed on a Friday after 2pm, a Saturday or Sunday will not be despatched until the next Monday, subject to Bank Holidays.
We can send certain items by Royal Mail to Scottish Highlands and Offshore islands, please phone for a price, or we will reduce your carriage charge accordingly.

DPD Standard Delivery is £7.50 up to 4kg, then £8.00 for heavier items upto 20kg.
Large / Heavy items / Exhausts / Body panels we adjust the carriage charged accordingly and are shipped via our freight courier**:

Radiators: £12.50*
Fuel Tanks: £15.00*
Leaf Springs are £16.00* for x 1 or £30.00* for a pair
Over size items longer than 1.5m: £18.00*
Exchange units: e.g. Power Steering Boxes, will be subject to a delivery and collection charge of £19.00*

**Delivery times on items via our freight courier can be 1-5 working days & deliveries may be split.
Please note, a signature may be required upon delivery. For DPD deliveries, preferences such as leave safe instructions can be made when you receive a notification from DPD. This will be either via the DPD app, or on their website.
(Milner Off Road Ltd will not be held responsible if parcels are stolen when delivery instructions have been given by consignee).

European Orders
European orders are temporaily suspended on the website due to pending Brexit updates. However orders can still be placed manually, either over the phone or via email exports@milneroffroad.com
Wherever possible we try to get the best delivery price and service for you. Large items (body panels etc) may incur additional charges but we will contact you if there are any price differences.
We can only send items weighing less then 2kg to BFPO addresses by Royal Mail
We use DHL to deliver to Europe, in some cases we will try and get a better price for you with alternative shipping companies.

Please note, DHL class some addresses as a *REMOTE AREA* the charge will be £0.35 per kg, subject to a minimum charge of £17.50 per shipment.
Parcels that are sent with DHL are charged at the greater of actual or volumetric weight, so extra charges may apply to shipments with large, but light items. To calculate volumetric weight LxHxW cm divided by 5000.
Any items that are 1.2m in length or over are subject to a £70.00 surcharge.
Rest of the World
The Order Form on the website covers the most common delivery options, however if we need to alter the charge of carriage we will do so accordingly.
