It is the customer’s responsibility to read the T&C’s on each occasion a purchase is required.
Please note that we sell 4x4 / 4WD parts only (with exception of L200 K64 model).
Occasionally a 2WD registration entered in the reg checker - will take you directly to a 4WD model. We cannot guarantee that parts will fit, and take no responsibility if parts are incorrect.
Initial seraches made on Google that take you to a Milner Off Road Product page are NOT reliable, so we as a seller can take no responsibilty if the incorrect product has been purchased via this channel. Products may be returned if they are clean, unfitted and in their origainl packaging, within the specified times scales stated below in the Returns and Cancellation section and at the customers cost.
Availability
If we are unable to provide you with the goods you have ordered, you will be contacted as soon as possible, at which point you will be offered the choice of accepting substitute goods or a refund.
Product Information
Any quotations, application lists or advice provided by us as part of our sales service is as accurate as possible. In all instances it is the responsibility of the purchaser to assure themselves that the parts supplied are suitable and correct for the application involved.
Part numbers and pictures used are for reference only and may not depict the actual product received.
Damage or Loss
The customer must inform us within 24-48 hours of the date of delivery if any goods are damaged or lost in transit. No claim for damaged or lost goods can be made by a customer against Milner Off road Ltd if such notification has not been made within the time aforementioned. We cannot accept responsibility for damaged goods if the carriers proof of delivery has been signed for as received in good condition. Please check carefully.
Delivery
The buyer is required to notify the company in writing, by phone or email, of any shortage, misdelivery or other discrepancy immediately, or at the latest within seven days of such shortage, thereafter the buyer shall be liable for any such discrepancy.

Force Majeure
We cannot be held responsible for contingencies beyond our control such as strikes, lockouts, shipping delays, fire, war, Brexit etc. All confirmed orders may be partially or wholly suspended without liability on our part.
Prices & Payment
Payment can be made by credit or debit card via our website, by PayPal, bank transfer or telephone.
We will deliver to the address given to us by you at the time you place your order.
All prices are in UK pounds sterling and subject to VAT at the current rate of 20% on all items except books in the UK. All goods must be paid for in full in GBP £ Sterling before they are released to the buyer.
Milner Off Road Ltd have an extremely strict policy to conquer fraudulent transactions. Therefore if your billing address does not match exactly with your bank account, the transaction will be refused. If you are certain that your billing details are correct, you must speak to your card issuing bank to confirm that they have the correct details.
We accept no responsibility in any delay of service due to incorrect payment or delivery details been given.
Warranty
All new products are covered by a 12 month manufacturer warranty unless otherwise stated. You must notify us immediately if a potential warranty situation arises. We will then advise a course of action. All warranty items are subject to a physical inspection and may involve returning the item to our supplier to verify the fault before it can be refunded or replaced. The warranty commences from the date of the original invoice and not the date of fitment or first use. The warranty covers defects to the items when fitted and used correctly for normal and everyday use, but does not apply to items used for unusual actions such as competition, racing, rallying or items subsequently stripped down, altered, adapted or modified in anyway other than their original design or intend.
Our warranty only covers the product in question and not for any consequential loss or cost, e.g. labour costs, recovery, car hire etc. No claim will be validated if the failure is caused by misuse, neglect, overheating, incorrect installation or failure of a related component.
**Please note that reconditioned exchange steering boxes are covered by 6 months warranty only.
Customs, duties & taxes
Orders shipped to the European Union and the Rest of the World may be subject to import taxes, custom duties and fees levied by the destination country. These charges are the responsibility of the customer and we as the Seller will not be responsible for any charges that are incurred after the purchase.
